Care advice

Clean in electric oven, not gas. Set the temperature to 90-100 °C.  Remove loose : with a wooden or plastic tool, don’t scrape! Cover a baking tray with aluminium foil, and block up the candle holder upside down on some pieces of cork or wood so that it is elevated a few centimeters above the foil. Place the tray in the oven, not gas oven, and let it stay there for about 15 minutes. The candlegrease will melt and end up on the foil. After removing the tray from the oven, dry the candle holder with kitchen paper or a cloth.

Emelie Nilsson CRAFTSMAN & DESIGNER

Emelie is Våge's youngest daughter. Emelie has a Bachelor's degree in design from Linnaeus University in Växjö, and a Master's degree from HDK (The Academy of Design and Crafts) in Gothenburg. Emelie is responsible for design and marketing, but she is not always sitting with her sketchbook, often she rolls up her sleeves and helps out in the workshop. "What gives me energy to create and develop is all the returning customers who are happy with their products.
